AVT is the home to champions in MMA, Muay Thai, kickboxing, boxing, BJJ, submission grappling, and others arts and is the number one place in Leeds, Yorkshire for Mixed Martial Arts.
After teaching at various different gyms and coaching his own fight team in Doncaster – the original ‘Asylum’ – AVT was formed when head coach Danny Mitchell decided to relaunch as Asylum Vale Tudo by bringing together his Caged Steel Fight Team in Dewsbury, and Asylum Fight Team in Thorne.

Here at AVT we welcome anyone and everyone. As long as you’re physically able to train, we welcome you to come down and try out our gym and meet the coaches. We’ll make sure you’re guided through the classes with extra care, and that you feel comfortable at all times.
