Jay is another veteran of the UKMMA scene who turned professional in 2010 after a successful amateur career, with various regional MMA titles. He has competed all over the UK and internationally in Poland, Brazil and the Middle East taking on some elite opposition from all over the world.

Jay holds a European title and multiple British titles in MMA, and has also gone undefeated in boxing and K1 rules bouts.

He is a brown belt in BJJ, and has been teaching grappling, striking, and mixed martial arts since 2009.
