We run our youth MMA classes to help our younger members – boys, girls and teenagers to experience Mixed Martial Arts classes in a safe and friendly environment. MMA is an incredibly technical sport and requires a huge amount of application and discipline from its students consequently any young person learning Mixed Martial Arts will experience growth in many areas. We’re confident that we’ll be able to help anyone reach their full potential both physically and mentally through our MMA kids classes.

We have two grappling sessions each week every Monday and Thursday 5 pm. Our professional coaches are also available for private 1 to 1 sessions too
